System Overview

Voice/Data/Video Distribution

Our voice/data/video distribution systems provide a solid structured wiring backbone for your home.

Each room will have connections for data/internet, phone service, and be able to hook up cable/satellite boxes. We can also use WiFi access points to allow you and your laptop to roam the house with constant WiFi access.

All the wiring for the system (except audio) will come back to one of our structured wiring panels (pictures left). These panels hold and organize all the modules that make your automated home function.

HDTV Distribution - We are able to place all of your HDTV source devices (cable/satellite boxes, DVR's, DVD Changers, etc) in a central location such as the basement or closet. Each TV in the home will then be able to connect to these sources and switch between them (just like our audio systems).

One benefit of this system is your walls stay clean. You simply hang your plasma/LCD tv on the wall and plug it into the wall plate. There are no ugly source devices in sight.

What do I need to allow every computer in my home to get online?

You will need internet service (cable/dsl preferred), a router, and network switches. We provide the router and switches in our packages.

Is there a less expensive way to distribute HDTV?

In some cases... There are 2 reasons it is so expensive. First, this device allows an HDTV signal to be sent up to 1000 feet away (normal component video cable maxes out around 35 feet). Second, this device is multi-source.

If you had a TV 35 feet (or less) away from a single-source we could use standard component video cables and save a good deal of money.

Does the system support multiple phone lines?

Yes, our systems support up to 4 lines.

Do the wall plates come in different colors?

Yes, you can choose between white, ivory, almond & light almond.
