This system has been designed to provide basic lighting, security, and temperature control. It’s a great starter system for a large home, or a complete solution for townhouses, condos, and smaller homes.

By itself, it offers a strong security system and several rooms of automated lighting. In addition you will have automated temperature control which can save you 20% on your heating bill.

All components in this package are designed to work with each other flawlessly.

Here are a few examples of the power of this system:

  • Movie Time: By pressing a single button on the UPB scene controller, the lights dim and the heat increases 2 degrees.
  • Vacation Mode: While on vacation, have piece of mind you home is safe and sound. Lights will turn on and off making the home appear to be lived in.
  • Valentines Day: Surprise your loved one by setting a romantic lighting scene when they arrive home from work.
  • Energy Savings: Love open windows? Your heating bill doesn’t. Have the HVAC system turn off automatically when a window is left open.
