In addition to not having to sign contracts or paying monthly fees, our security systems will give you state-of-the-art protection.

We secure every entry to your home, as well as use smoke, carbon, water, and heat detectors to keep you safe. In the case of a break in, the system will reach you via phone.

Security Cameras are also a popular choice. With high quality cameras available for under $150, there is no reason to ever open your front door without knowing who is outside.

We will take the security camera to the next level as well. When used with video Touch Screens, up to 6 cameras can be viewed on the touch screens around the home.

Our DVR with built-in web server allows you to access both live and recorded video anywhere in the world.

Door & Window Contacts


Our door & window contacts are recessed, meaning they are completely hidden inside the door/window frame. If your windows will not allow for this type of contact, surface mount contacts will be provided (at no extra charge).

Garage Door Sensors


Our garage door sensors will let you know when you have left your garage door open. In addition, we can use the opening of the garage door as an indicator to turn on lights to welcome you home.

Motion Detector


A simple yet reliable surface mount motion detector. We can use this to report a break in, as well as trigger lights to turn on as you walk through your home.

Smoke Detectors


Low-voltage smoke detector with built in sounder. By integrating your smoke detectors into the system we can have the home call you in case of fire. In addition, HVAC fans will be turned off as to not spread the fire.

Security Camera - Bullet Style


Bullet style security camera. Color during the day, black and white at night. The camera is able to see in no light up to 30 feet away. Completely weatherproof.

Security Camera - Dome Style


Mini-Dome camera with flush mount. Ideal for front door locations. Color during the day, black and white at night.

DVR w/ Built-in Web Server


9-Camera DVR with 160GB hard drive and built-in web server. Storage time of roughly 2-3 weeks when all 6 cameras are recording 24/7. The built-in web server allows you to log in over the internet to view both live and recorded video.

Can this system integrate with my current security system (ADT, Brinks, etc)?

Our automation panels have a full security system built into them. Because of this, we can't integrate with your current alarm panel. However, we can use all of the same security contacts, all you need to do is move the wires from your current panel to the automation panel.

What are the monthly fees?

$0. There are no monthly fees or contracts to sign with our systems. Most of our clients elect to have the house call them in case of fire or break in. If you prefer to have a professional security company monitor the house it will cost $20/mo.

Can the system be professionally monitored?

Yes, we can either sign you up with a monitoring company or you can select your own. Ours costs $20/mo.

What happens if I get up in the middle of the night, will I set off the motion detectors?

We are able to configure each security device to only trigger the alarm at set times. We typically have the motion detectors arm when you are going during the day or on vacation. Doors and windows arm all the time. This is 100% customizable based on your preferences.
