We like to call this our “first date” phase. We ask you lots of questions so that we can get an image of your life. The more we know about you, the better your system will be.

The information provided in the first two phases is now put to good use. Via online screen sharing, together we design your system in real time.
mha goes to work
With the final system design in hand our engineers get to work on your wiring plans and installation guides.
To ensure accuracy, 3 of us (project manager, engineer, and programmer) all review and sign off on the job.
Time to pull some wire
If you chose the DIY route, you will follow our easy-to-read wiring plans to complete the rough-in.
If we are installing the system, sit back and enjoy a cold drink while our team goes to work.

Based on the worksheets you fill out, your system is configured and programmed to your exact specifications.
