What is Nimbus?
Nimbus is our premium, exclusive home automation system. It draws on time-tested and proven hardware while adding additional levels of control and intelligence unheard of in other systems.
Nimbus was built from the ground up to be a complete home automation system, integrating all major systems into one amazing platform.

iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, Mac – you name it and Nimbus supports it. We used clean, valid code for our web interface which means any device with a web browser can control Nimbus. Including Internet TVs!
Meet the Echo
The Nimbus Echo sports a gorgeous 7″ display and is powered by a custom Android operating system. Install your own apps and widgets to customize the Echo to your own tastes.
The Echo comes in 3 flavors; a removable wall dock, table top/under cabinet mount, or totally portable. No matter which option you choose, you will love having the Echo at your fingertips.
Cloud-Enhanced
Nimbus gives you remote access from any device, anywhere in the world via the cloud. When motion is detected, your Nimbus cameras automatically upload image sequences to the cloud for storage and review. No more worrying about a thief destroying your DVR and its footage. Text messaging is a great way to communicate, and Nimbus agrees. You can set custom text messages to be sent to you when an alarm occurs, a package is delivered, or even when your garage is left open.
The amount of data in the cloud is vast, and Nimbus was designed to read and understand that data. From gathering detailed weather information to stocks and news, Nimbus can react. If there is information on the cloud that you want Nimbus to use we simply tell it where to look.
The Core includes the cream of the crop hardware from HAI, Apple, Luxul, and more. The Nimbus platform ties together this hardware and brings everything to the cloud.
Nimbus was built to offer a wide range of functionality out of the box, and the Core is what gives it the foundation.

Lighting is an integral element in home design, décor, and functionality. Nimbus adds intelligence to your home’s lighting and gives you the power to customize your lighting scenes.
Nimbus Lighting Module
Each Lighting module adds control of one light to your Nimbus system. Once controlled, that light can be part of house-wide lighting scenes, timers, events, and more.
We have modules for all types of lights; incandescent, fluorescent, cfl, led, and low-voltage.
Cost: $75-$150 per module
When creating Nimbus, we knew that cameras were key. We tested dozens of models covering the spectrum in price and quality. In the end we decided to OEM our own camera line so that we would have full control over its integration.
The 3 Nimbus cameras all integrate with your Nimbus interface extremely well. They can also be viewed on any computer or phone, something 99% of other IP cameras cannot say.
Included with each camera is Nimbus Cloud Storage. Anytime motion is detected on your camera a sequence of images is uploaded to your cloud. You can then view, share, or download the images as you like.
Nimbus cameras are also able to send you an email, including a picture, whenever motion is detected.
Nimbus Indoor Camera
The Nimbus indoor cameras feature pan/tilt/zoom and includes night vision. You can view your cameras with your Echo tablet, iPhone, or Android and they are Windows and Mac compatible. The Nimbus Indoor IP Cameras also feature:

Nimbus Fixed Outdoor Camera
The Nimbus Fixed Outdoor Camera is weather, static, and dust proof. You can view your cameras with your Echo tablet, iPhone, or Android and they are Windows and Mac compatible. The Nimbus Outdoor IP Cameras also feature:

Nimbus PTZ Outdoor Camera
The Nimbus outdoor cameras feature pan/tilt/zoom and includes night vision. You can view your cameras with your Echo tablet, iPhone, or Android and they are Windows and Mac compatible. The Nimbus Outdoor IP Cameras also feature:

Nimbus Echo Camera
Our Echo tablet has a built in camera. We can use that camera, even when the screen is off, to view on other Nimbus interfaces.
The resolution is not nearly as good as our other cameras, but it does have its uses. In particular, we like using them as a baby monitor and to look inside the house while on vacation.

Content is King
Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Spotify and a host of other providers all stream excellent content directly to your home these days. Nimbus brings this content and more to all of your TVs and music zones. Since Nimbus is cloud-based, you will always be able to access the latest streaming services without having to purchase new hardware.
While we love streaming, we also have a hard drive full of music, photos, and movies that we have collected over the years.
Nimbus can play (and sometimes even enhance) these files as well.
Use Existing Equipment
Chances are you already own a slew of electronics such as smartphones, tablets, TVs, DVD/Blu-Ray players, and more. Nimbus is a social creature and loves meeting new devices.
After a quick introduction, Nimbus seamlessly integrates your equipment.
Many Parts Designed & Built in Colorado
You may be surprised to hear that many of the accessories for Nimbus are designed and created right here in our office. Using the most advanced 3d modeling software available, we are able to quickly design high-quality 3d objects.
We then “print” our models using our Nimbus 3d Printer.
This process allows us to create precision custom parts for specific customer applications quickly and easily.
