The Importance of Proper Documentation
With the average home automation system requiring over 100 different wire runs to over 30 different types of devices, it’s easy to overlook something.
What is harder to overlook is having to cut open the drywall in your brand new home to correct a wiring mistake.
We make sure that does not happen. From our rough-in cards to detailed plans, nothing is forgotten or left to chance.
Our rough-in-cards are shipped to you prior to wiring your home. On the card there are clear instructions for the installer as to what type wire and box is required.
These cards also help you to visualize your system early on and make location changes before the drywall goes up.
