AT&T has confirmed that the Nokia Lumia 900 Windows Phone will go on sale April 8th for only $99 with a two-year contract. This is big improvement over the $800 bundles Nokia was selling the Lumia 800 for.
The phone goes on preorder this Friday with two colors—black and cyan—available. We’ll see if this aggressive pricing fairs well for the Windows Phone flagship.
The above video shows a rather neat (if impractical) Kinect-powered shopping cart that can follow a user around the store and monitor what they buy. Putting aside how expensive a single cart would be (and the obvious problems in the demo), it’s still hard to envision this thing in my neighborhood grocery store. I shudder to imagine that creepy robot voice announcing every item that everyone puts in their cart. Plus, call me old fashioned, but I think I’d prefer to push my cart.
Still, it is a cool amalgamation of tech and who knows what the final product will be.
Here’s a video of Jeff Singer, Crestron director of global marketing campaigns, demonstrating Crestron’s integration with Kinect gestures.
A short video showing how easy it is to use the Nuvo Grand Concerto.
We’ve been working on a redesign for the MHA website and thought it’d be fun to take a trip back to all the old designs for the past six years.

This video is a user guide on the general operation of HAI’s award winning thermostat, the Omnistat2. This product recently won “Best Green Product” at the tenth annual Electronic House Expo this past
March! This expo commemorates the finest achievements in home electronics products, services, and installed technology and is attended by the majority of home automation manufacturers.
One cool new feature that HAI added to this new model thermostat is you can set the backlight display color from a set of 100 colors. The Omnistat2 can also display a graph of your heating and air conditioning usage over the past 4 weeks. This graph can help give insight on what HVAC settings work best for your house and ultimately can help save on energy bills.
The Omnistat2 has replaced all of HAI’s older model thermostats. They have simplified their climate control product line by offering only two thermostats. In situations where you’re using either a multi-stage system or you’re controlling a humidifier that’s integrated into your HVAC system, you will require the Omnistat2 RC-2000. In all other cases, the RC-1000 will suffice. HAI is also developing a wireless version of the Omnistat2 which is expected to be released later this year.
This video user guide demonstrates how to operate the audio keypad for a Nuvo Grand Concerto multi-room audio system. The demonstration covers the different parts on the GC display and the primary features of the Main Menu.
Some cool features that are worth mentioning are Party-Mode (allows you to play the same music throughout all your audio zones) and Sleep-Mode (allows you to set your audio zone to gradually ramp down in volume and turn off in a specified amount of time).
The Nuvo Grand Concerto continues to be our best seller in the multi-room audio world due to its high quality and power and comparatively low cost.
